Residents admitted to the care home should possess:
- Personal identification and insurance documents (for retirees and pensioners).
- Current discharge papers / recent hospital discharge summaries.
- Medical history from the primary care physician.
- Medications in original packaging along with dosage instructions.
- Daytime clothing (labeled).
- Personal underwear.
- Personal hygiene items (including diapers if necessary).
